Their professionalism and service was excellent. I inquired about their service in Feb and promptly forgot about it. Mr Jette contacted me later in the year and urged me to submit my claim. Due to issues like my passport had expired, my claim was probably a bit more difficult and frustrating to their staff than most, however Mr Jette and his staff showed great patience and professionalism in ensuring a successful filing of my claim. I have spoken to others in my situation who had used other tax recovery services who did not receive anywhere near the service and satisfaction that I received. I will not only use Gambling.ca again I will highly recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances who may require this service in the future
